Alloy Personal Training is a specialty gym that has been offering group personal training for more than 30 years, focusing on creating unique training routines for individuals at all fitness levels. Rather than hire a personal trainer for a one-on-one session, small groups receive the same attentiveness as a personal trainer while still maintaining the motivation of a class-style setting.
Joining Alloy Personal Training in the development is Hotworx, which is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio and gym offering workouts such as hot yoga, Pilates and barre.
Rounding out the three tenants opening in 2023 is The 07, which is a restaurant concept that will offer a variety of food options and hand-crafted cocktails.
