A small-scale industrial park promising easy access to Inland Port Greer has opened at 311 Genoble Road in Spartanburg County, developers announced Sept. 5.
The 150,000-square-foot Class A industrial project is being developed by Atlas Capital Group and Warhaft Group and features a modular design with tenant spaces ranging from 8,400 square feet up to 92,500 square feet.
Atlas at Inland Port Greer sits on about 15 acres within an opportunity zone and multicounty industrial park with easy access of Interstate 85, the inland port and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.
More than a third of spaces are already leased, according to the announcement from Atlas Capital Group.
The park features large truck courtyards, wide driveways, ample parking, and an abundance of dock doors that provide convenient site access for tenants.
McMillan Pazdan Smith was the architect. For more information, visit atlasIPG.com. Avison Young is handling leasing for the project.
