A new Harris Teeter grocery store will open its doors in early 2024 at the Hudson Corners shopping center in Greer.
Located at 2105 Old Spartanburg Road, the shopping center was originally scheduled to open sometime in 2023, but delays have pushed the date back to early next year, according to a representative from the grocery store chain.
“The store at Old Spartanburg is set to open early 2024. We appreciate the enthusiasm and look forward to being a part of this community,” the representative wrote in response to a request on the community social media site NextDoor.
The spot was once the site of a Harris Teeter location that closed in 2001, later becoming a FoodSmart before sitting vacant for years.
The new store is a project from Centennial American Properties (CAP) that will also bring a new fuel center to the parking lot.
