Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg announced Nov. 8 that a 226,800-square-foot Class A industrial facility was sold to a confidential investor for an undisclosed sum.
Developed by Hughes Commercial Properties Inc., the project in Wingo Industrial Park at 380 John Dodd Road includes a variety of features, such as:
- 32-foot clear height
- 100% early suppression fast-response sprinkler system
- Sixty 9-foot by 10-foot docks with 25 air-powered levelers and three mechanical levelers
- Two 12-foot by 14-foot drive-in doors
The investor plans to target tenants in the Upstate to lease the space, said Jordan Skellie, executive vice president and principal of Lee & Associates Greenville.
