Good Properties, a real estate brokerage with a presence in Greenville, Columbia and Charleston, announced March 12 it has partnered with Flika Real Estate App to launch a virtual brokerage in the Upstate.
Under the partnership, Good Properties will use artificial intelligence and data analytics to provide unbiased, data-led market views.
The brokerage also allows sellers to choose from a $500 multiple listing service listing or a 1% or 2% of the sales price in closing costs, while buyers may opt for a rebate model with 2% cash back.
“With traditional brokerage services, it always feels like your hands are tied,” said Good Properties Co-Founder and Broker-in-Charge Larry Dunham. “There’s that same default local realtor offering the same thing to every seller: a fixed-price, standard package fee — even if it includes services you don’t need.”
Good Properties plans to roll out its virtual brokerage model to Charleston and Columbia at a later date.
