Interim HealthCare of the Upstate, a business connected with a Florida-based home care services provider, will celebrate its 45th anniversary April 23.
The Upstate-based company was founded in 1979 by Ray Schroeder as a staffing and personal care agency. Throughout the years, it evolved to employee over 700 people and serve more than 3,000 clients and patients by providing home health, hospice and personal care services daily across South Carolina’s upstate, midlands and lowcountry regions.
In 2017, the business came under the ownership of five local families, collectively known as Inspirium Health.
“At Interim, our company culture and core values are the driving force behind our success,” said Beth Landry, CEO of Interim HealthCare of the Upstate and Midlands. “Since our founding, we have upheld a commitment to compassion and integrity, which has established us as leaders in prioritizing our patients’ needs and delivering exceptional care. While we take pride in our past achievements, we are equally excited about the future. Our team is fully dedicated to expanding upon our strong foundation and pioneering cutting-edge approaches to elevate our care services.”
