Village Launch Market is back on May 4 in West Greenville Plaza.
Village Launch, a subsidiary of Mill Village Ministries, has put on the monthly market since 2021. It features over 20 businesses each go-round. The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and spotlight graduates of Village Launch’s Business Entrepreneur Academy, which aids burgeoning entrepreneurs.
“Our focus, of course, is on our entrepreneurs but we’re a part of this Village of West Greenville community and this West Greenville community and what we want to do is also highlight the businesses that are here as well,” said Jeannette Brewster, program director for Village Launch.
The @VillageLaunch Market fueled by @fluorcorp returns for its fourth season THIS Saturday, May 4, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the West Greenville Plaza.

The market, located at 1255 Pendleton St., is supported by engineering and construction firm Fluor.
“This market honors the history of West Greenville, it’s culture and the long tradition of hard work, creativity and simply getting it done,” said Lynn Mann, director of community relations with Fluor. “That’s what so many of our West Greenville women and entrepreneurs exemplify.”
The market was initially at Poe West, but changed venues in 2023 to increase foot traffic. The market will have food trucks and live music along with family-friendly events. Village Launch Market will be held the first Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until the end of the year.
