Hampton Station will soon add two new tenants – Isomer Project Group and The Gameshow Challenge.
Isomer – an engineering, procurement and construction group – will occupy 8,419 square feet of space. The Gameshow Challenge, an immersive game show experience, will occupy 2,085 square feet. The leases were prepared by Ned Reynolds and Chris Prince of Avison Young.
Hampton Station is located at 1320 Hampton Ave. Ext., north of downtown Greenville. It has seen some turnover over the past year with the departure of former tenants Brewery Birds Fly South in October 2023, Wandering Bard Meadary in June, and White Duck Taco in October.
