Reedy Property Group, a Greenville-based real estate and development firm, recently launched a new division dedicated to residential real estate called Reedy Residential.
Jeremy Bouknight, broker in charge at Reedy Property Group, said the launch represents a new chapter for Reedy Property Group that will allow the company to serve its client’s full spectrum of real estate needs under one roof. Reedy Residential will operate out of 340 Rocky Slope Road, Suite 201.
“By expanding into the residential sector, we are positioned to offer even more value to our clients, whether they are seeking commercial or residential opportunities,” Bouknight said.
Reedy Residential will be led by local realtor Jennifer Van Gieson. The division’s team will also include Sam Van Gieson, Summer Hocker, Kaleigh Whimms and members of the Oaks Realty team.
