The southern end of Augusta Street will get a Starbucks location with a drive-thru, with an anticipated opening date toward the latter half of the year.
The new location at 3227 Augusta St. in Greenville will sit at the edge of the Pleasant Valley and Greenville County Club neighborhoods, near the Mauldin Road intersection.
The site went before the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals in September 2023 and was approved for a special exception permit. The permit allowed for the site to operate a drive-thru. The plans also call for indoor seating an outdoor patio area.
Local construction company The Boardman Group is building the location, while designs were produced by DP3 Architects.
