VisitGreenvilleSC plans to move into Poinsett Plaza in downtown Greenville.
The organization has leased a 7,812-square-foot suite on the fifth floor of the office building located at 104 S. Main St. Colliers announced the lease on March 31.
Heath Dillard, president and CEO of VisitGreenvilleSC, said in a press release that the organization is excited to relocate its office and expand its footprint in the heart of downtown Greenville. VisitGreenvilleSC’s sales and marketing office is currently located in the Innovate Building at 148 River St. The organization also operates a visitor center inside Greenville City Hall.
“This move provides the space we need to continue growing while placing our team on Main Street, where we can be even more connected to the energy, visitors and partners that make Greenville such a special destination,” Dillard said.
Taylor Allen and Max Feild with Colliers | South Carolina represented the landlord, Hughes Investments, in the lease. VisitGreenvilleSC was represented by Bailey Tollison with Colliers | South Carolina.
“VisitGreenvilleSC’s decision to expand its office at Poinsett Plaza speaks to the quality of the building, location and the strength of Greenville’s business community,” Allen said.
