Burdette Central, a development at the corner of Main and East Curtis streets in Simpsonville, will welcome two new businesses, Run In and CoCoBon Chocolatier, before the end of 2021.
The new shops will join Smoqued BBQ, Sidewall Pizza and 1885 Taproom as tenants, among others.
“We are excited to be adding such a vibrant tenant mix to Burdette and to Simpsonville,” said Dustin Tenney, Burdette Central leasing agent and senior advisor, retail leasing and investment sales at SVN Blackstream. “The goal of this entire project has been to create a unique atmosphere — something different — from other developments in the market. There is so much exciting activity happening in downtown Simpsonville right now. We want something special and I think we’ve created that.”
Run In, a shoe store based in Greenville, will occupy a 1,600-square-foot location that should open by the first week of October, said Tenney.
Anderson-based CoCoBon hopes to open its 700-square-foot Simpsonville storefront before the holiday season.
