Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery has undergone a renovation to expand its refrigerated storage for fresh produce.
The cafe and grocery store, which sources primarily from local farmers and suppliers, added an entire wall of refrigerators in what was once the windows of the building.
“While we do mourn the window views, we really needed this fridge space to carry even more local fruits and veggies for you,” it said on social media, adding, “Just don’t say we look like a real grocery … we’d rather remain a fake grocery.”
