A new line of Harry Potter-themed cookware launched by Le Creuset Nov. 1 was designed by a team from Greenville-based marketing and public relations firm FerebeeLane.
According to FerebeeLane founding partner Matt Ferebee, the process of designing a new product line for French manufacturer of high-end cookware Le Creuset was a 16-month collaboration.
“Our focus was on making [the products] fun and delightful for the fans,” Ferebee says.
He adds that the process involved coordinating both with Le Creuset and the wizarding franchise. The FerebeeLane creative team, which included many avid Harry Potter fans, then took those ideas and developed the designs that ultimately shaped the new product line.
The Harry Potter series of products is not FerebeeLane’s first collaboration with Le Creuset. The firm also helped design a Star Wars-themed series launched in 2019.
Among the more items featured in the new Harry Potter series are a Hogwarts Express kettle, a wand-themed Spellcasting spatula set, a Lord Voldemort rectangle covered casserole, and a signature Harry Potter round Dutch oven.
