SVN Blackstream announced Dec. 15 Choehee Holding Group LP purchased the Simpsonville Square shopping center on Main Street from Borrowdale Properties LLC for over $2.4 million on Dec. 13.
Over the past year, the seller has made a variety of upgrades to the property including:
- Eliminating some of the shrubbery on the road
- Major facade improvements
- New signage
According to one of the seller’s brokers, Dustin Tenney of SVN Blackstream’s Reedy River Retail team, Choehee Holding Group LP plans to continue to revitalize the property and actively participate in the growth of Simpsonville.
Simpsonville Square is home to businesses such as Shortfields, Henry’s Smokehouse and Carolina Dance Studio.
