Clear Path Asset Management, a real estate investment company, has acquired Pelham Court, a neighborhood shopping center at 115 Pelham Road in Greenville for over $7.6 million.

This transaction is Clear Path’s second acquisition in South Carolina and ninth acquisition in the Carolinas.
