Keene Development Group and Wilson Associates announced Feb. 17 they have launched Phase 2 of The McDaniel, a community of luxury condominiums at McDaniel Avenue and East McBee Street in downtown Greenville.

The McDaniel’s second phase introduces its final 10 residences. Once completed the community will consist of 30 homes.
Each home in Phase 2 will range from 3,100 to 4,400 square feet and may include features like private elevators, rooftop terraces with fireplaces and interiors crafted by designers.
