Updated details and new renderings for the Gateway project are up for evaluation by the Greenville Design Review Board Urban Panel at its April 6 meeting.
The project at 250 N. Church Street is being developed by Miami-based NR Investments, which will be detailing plans to the board seeking a certificate of appropriateness. In July 2022 the board approved the project’s building footprints, location and orientation, as well as step backs, massing and building heights.
