Switchyards, a neighborhood work club, opens Oct. 28 at 1263 Pendleton St. in the Village of West Greenville.
CEO Michael Tavani calls it a “2.5 space,” defining Switchyards as both a place for working in tandem with other professionals and as a place to gather.

The space is decked out with greenery, cozy brown shades and nods to Greenville’s history. There are allusions to the textile industry and chairs Lincoln-logged together into a sculpture.
Membership opens Oct. 24, with only 250 spots available. Visit switchyards.com/greenville for pricing and additional information.
Switchyards operates 20 clubs. Eleven are open in the Atlanta area, with a 12th opening in November. The remaining locations are in Nashville, Tennesse; Charlotte and Asheville, North Carolina; and Greenville.
