Reyes Holdings’s Beer Division, a beer distributor representing import, craft and domestic beer brands, acquired Greenco Beverage Company in Greenville.
The acquisition agreement was previously announced July 19 and the Upstate facility will now do business as Greenco Distributing.

By acquiring Greenco, Reyes Beer Division adds about 2.8 million cases to the company from brands like Molson Coors, Constellation, Yuengling, Heineken, Diageo, Boston Beer, Mark Anthony Brands, Lagunitas and Sweetwater.
