Dermatology Associates of Greenville has been acquired by Austin, Texas-based Epiphany Dermatology, the company announced.
Epiphany has 76 offices in 13 states where it provides general dermatology, skin cancer care, Mohs surgery, cosmetic services and more. Dermatology Associates has two locations in Greenville and has been providing services since 1964 when Dr. Falls Harris started the practice.
The Dermatology Associates team includes six board-certified dermatologists and three certified physician assistants. It’s led by Dr. Joseph Catanzaro, Dr. Matthew Bryan, Dr. Joel Phillips, Dr. Justin McCrary, Dr. Benjamin Barrick and Dr. Courtney McFaddin.
The partnership will allow for additional resources to help with care, operations, marketing, compliance, HR and more, while the Greenville team will provide its expertise to Epiphany, according to the company.
