Fans and repeat customers of Rise Bakery in the Village of West Greenville can now enjoy their favorite pastries and bread on Tuesdays, adding one more day to the previous Wednesday through Saturday schedule.
“The main reason we did a four-day week being open is because all of our products take at least two days to make,” said Rise Bakery founder Julian Loue. “So if we wanted to work a five-day work week, we had to be open four days.”

Loue said that the extra day is due partly to having a trustworthy team, as well as wholesale demand from restaurants around town. Rise can now stay open one more day and mirror the schedules of its restaurant partners.
Rise is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. It is located at 1264 Pendleton St.
