Construction is underway on a $23 million industrial park in southern Greenville County.
Named SouthPoint Commerce Center, the project will comprise six buildings ranging between 15,000 to 80,000 square feet of warehouse and flex space. The industrial park will be on 25 acres near the South Carolina Technology and Aviation Center at 812 and 820 Antioch Church Road.
In September, Boyett Properties Inc., a Greenville-based real estate developer, broke ground on the project. KEEL Concepts, CBRE, The Pentreath Co. and SeamonWhiteside are also a part of the project team.
The project will be completed in phases; the first buildings are expected to be completed in April 2025. It is estimated that construction of the industrial park will take 18 months to two years.
