Construction may soon begin on two speculative industrial buildings on Zimmerman Road in Spartanburg, thanks to $28.4 million of construction financing and $12 million in joint-venture equity secured by Avison Young.
The financing was secured on behalf of RealtyLink for two 230,000-square-foot industrial buildings to be constructed on a 78-acre parcel near the junction of interstates 26 and 85.
The two buildings of Phase 1 are expected to be complete in late 2025. Phase 2 is expected to involve a nearly 420,000-square-foot build-to-suit project.
