Real estate developer Contender America relocated its headquarters Aug. 26 from 5 Century Drive in Greenville to 200 Smith Hines Road, south of the Interstate 385/Woodruff Road intersection in Greenville County.
“This relocation reflects the extraordinary momentum Contender America has sustained over the past five years,” said CEO Ford Elliott, in a news release. “Our team’s dedication and the growing need for high-quality infrastructure solutions across the region have prompted us to expand our footprint. The new headquarters will position us to better support our employees, partners and clients as we continue to shape vibrant, resilient communities.”
Some company departments will continue to operate out of the former headquarters.
