International Workplace Group to open new co-working space in Spartanburg

A new co-working space will open in Spartanburg at the end of 2026.

International Workplace Group, a global leader in hybrid and platform working, plans to open a new workspace under its Regus brand at 500 W. Main St. in Spartanburg. It will feature co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms and creative areas for established firms and startups.

Mark Dixon, CEO and founder of International Workplace Group, said the company plans to establish a strong footprint in South Carolina. In addition to Spartanburg, International Workplace Group will open workspaces in Charleston, Columbia, Rock Hill and Moncks Corner in 2026.

“As an important business hub, South Carolina is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans as the need for cutting-edge flexible workspaces continues to soar and hybrid working becomes the new normal,” Dixon said.

The new workspaces will bring International Workplace Group’s South Carolina footprint to more than 20 locations. In total, the company has opened more than 4,000 workspace locations across 120 countries. International Workplace Group’s brands include Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature.
