Brennan Investment Group, CBRE and J.M. Cope Construction will break ground on Crossroads Logistics Park at 151 International Park Drive in Spartanburg on March 9.
The development, which sits on 79 acres, will serve as a bulk warehouse and distribution space and consist of three buildings, including:
- Two 168,000 square foot buildings, each with 37 loading dock doors and two drive-in doors
- One 477,000-square-foot building with 96 loading dock doors and four drive-in doors
“The site is ideal for industrial development. Its location near the crossroads of interstates 85 and 26 will give tenants unparalleled and efficient access to their customers throughout the Carolinas,” said Brennan Investment Group Senior Vice President Rob Gage. “The presence of BMW, Milliken and Michelin will bring increased demand from a multitude of critical suppliers who service these large-scale manufacturing operations.”
Construction should finish by March 2023.
