Greenville coffee lovers, add another Starbucks to your list and, while you’re at it, add a place to get a little group therapy, too.
The national coffee chain is readying a 1,300-square-foot space at Camperdown Plaza in downtown Greenville (the chain’s third downtown spot) while Group Therapy Pub & Playground recently announced on Facebook plans to open a restaurant there, too.
The businesses will join CAMP, Insomnia Cookies, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Bank of America and broadcast news station WSPA in Camperdown’s 80,000-square-foot retail area, said Rebecca Gault of Centennial American Properties, who serves as the development’s leasing agent.
What is Group Therapy, you ask? They’re a new “eatertainment” concept and the Camperdown location would be their first. They have not yet announced a timeline on when they’ll open but their website is up-and-running and based on that, they’ll offer food, drinks, axe throwing, ping pong, ice curling, karaoke and a whole lot more.
