Pasta lovers will have a new place to add to their list.
Pasta Project, a fast casual restaurant, is coming to Five Forks in Simpsonville.
The planned eatery at 330 Scuffletown Road is a new concept by Tropical Grille founders Lazaro and Shadid Montoto and Basilico Pizzeria & Italian Cuisine owners Kostas Pallis A and Maria Dialis, said a Pasta Project representative.
The restaurant, which is expected to open in May, will offer a variety of options, including scratch-made pasta and salads.
