Commercial real estate firms NAI Earle Furman of Greenville and NAI Columbia have officially merged, the brokerages announced Jan. 5.
The merger was the final step in a four-year process between the firms.
Following the merger, NAI Columbia will still operate under the same name while Jon Good of NAI Earle Furman will serve as CEO for both firms.
“We began this partnership four years ago with a plan to ultimately merge the companies,” said NAI Columbia Principal Patrick Chambers. “NAI Earle Furman has an infectious entrepreneurial spirit and culture that will maximize growth for our shareholders and employees. We could not be happier about what the future holds for our new combined company.”
In 2017, NAI Earle Furman also merged with NAI Piedmont Triad in Greensboro, North Carolina.
