“We are very proud to build our new U.S. headquarters in Greenville County, here in a community which felt like home from day one,” said CEO and owner Stefan Leers.
Wenker will move from a small operation in Spartanburg County to a new 131,400-square-foot manufacturing facility on East Phillips Road, just south of Interstate 85.
“The company’s six decades of excellence in industrial production and engineering is an ideal addition to Greenville’s booming automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors,” said Greenville Area Development Corporation board member and Greenville County Council Chairman Dan Tripp.
The move is expected to be complete by mid-2024. Prospective employees may visit Wenker’s careers page to learn more about job opportunities. For more information, visit wenker.de/en.
