Charlotte-based developer Crescent Communities recently announced the completion of a Class A industrial space called Axial Crosspoint in Greenville.
Axial Crosspoint consists of three infill, rear-loading buildings totaling 558,000 square feet of industrial space with modern clear heights of 32 and 36 inches. It also includes 516 car parking and 94 trailer spaces.
The site is located on 72 acres five miles from downtown Greenville. The property sits at the intersection of I-85 and I-185, offering access for product movement throughout the Southeast.
“Axial Crosspoint’s completion represents a significant milestone in Crescent Communities’ commitment to developing Class A industrial spaces in a region that is poised for continued growth,” said Bryan Blythe, managing director at Crescent Communities. “We’re excited to deliver modern and flexible warehouses that can accommodate tenants ranging in size from 16,000 to 283,000 square feet across a wide variety of uses.”
Access Lighting, a contemporary lighting manufacturer, will be the development’s first tenant, occupying approximately 60,000 square feet of space in building three.
Crescent Communities’s portfolio includes 63 industrial projects. The Axial Crosspoint in Greenville was completed in partnership with MCA Architecture, Harper General Contractors, Santander Bank and AEW Capital Management.
