Florabee Coffee is now located at Westside Market on Augusta Road in Greenville.
It operates out of a 1963 Comet Camper. It was opened by husband and wife Stacy Blum and Thomas Valdez who met in 2007 in Manhattan, Kansas, and moved to South Carolina in 2023 from Colorado. The name reflects Blum’s love of flowers and nature. The shop first opened as a mobile coffee shop in June 2024 but opened in the market on Feb. 5.
Florabee serves coffee by Mōzza Roasters in Spartanburg and its owners prioritize the use of organic products where possible. The shop serves baked goods on the weekends.
Westside Market is located at 3510 Augusta Road. Florabee Coffee is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
