Unity Village, a 21-unit townhome development, broke ground Aug. 12 in Greenville.
Developed by Vi Development and to be built by Vi Construction, each unit in the community at 420 Birnie St. will feature 1,800 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and finishes like quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances and open-concept layouts. Other amenities include private garages, curated landscaping, common area maintenance and street lighting.
“Unity Village represents everything we love about Greenville; a city that’s growing, thriving, and building a future rooted in connection and quality of life,” said David Miller, founder of VI Development and Unique Real Estate. “We didn’t just want to build homes, we wanted to build a neighborhood that feels like a natural extension of Unity Park and downtown Greenville. It’s about creating a place where life unfolds, where neighbors gather, and where modern living meets Southern soul.”
