Pelham Exchange, a project to redevelop an old movie theater property near Pelham Road in Greenville, has been renamed as Backyard at Pelham, Reedy River Retail at SVN Palmetto announced.
The 30,000-square-foot destination for dining, entertainment and shopping development at 3558 Beacon Drive will feature tenants like Biscuit Belly, Seasons, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, SWTHZ – Contrast Therapy Studio, Indigo Kitchen and Chicken Coops.
Backyard at Pelham is expected to open in fall 2026.
