A new cocktail lounge is hoping to open on South Main Street in downtown Greenville.
Ajay’s Social and Cocktail Lounge plans to occupy the former Parsley & Mint location at 600 S. Main St. to create a warm and welcoming environment for multicultural residents, professionals and visitors.
Whether connecting over coffee or cocktails, the restaurant hopes to provide networking opportunities and events for professionals in the Greenville area. Bingo, live music, private events and occasional DJs will also be hosted at the restaurant.
Ajay’s owners plan to offer breakfast, lunch and late-night menus and be open seven days a week from:
- 7 a.m. to midnight Monday through Wednesday
- 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday
- 10 a.m. to midnight on Sunday
Customers will also be able to join Ajay’s membership program to attend monthly private events with featured chefs and entertainment.
An application to establish the restaurant in downtown Greenville will be reviewed by the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals on April 13.
