A new gift and china shop is opening in Greenville’s Augusta Village shopping center.
The Boys will open Oct. 2 at noon at 1818 Augusta St., in the former Pontheiux’s Jewelry Design Studio space. The store is owned by sisters Garris and Bryan Boykin.
The Statesboro, Georgia, natives attended Clemson University, with Bryan recently obtaining her Master of Business Administration degree and Garris her bachelor’s degree. Both sisters graduated in May. Their parents were both entrepreneurs so they always knew they wanted to open a store together.
“My mom … our house is impeccable at all times,” Garris said. “The tablescapes are important and entertaining is a core value of ours.”
The sisters have brought in china and other items from all over the world. The store also carries items like leather wine and bourbon carriers, stationery, and decorative pieces along with items for babies. Clients of the store will be able to set up wedding and baby registries, or wish lists for birthdays and holidays.
