McCrory Construction, a general contractor based in Columbia, announced April 11 it has moved its Upstate office from Lowndes Hill Road into a one-story, stand-alone building on the east side of Greenville.
Ahead of the company’s move on March 27, the 6,000-square-foot facility at 20 Brozzini Court underwent an upfit, which included:
- Installing new flooring and fixtures
- Completing interior painting
- Selective demolition of walls and doorways for operational efficiency
McCrory Construction also added a multipurpose, classroom-style training room and an executive conference room to the building.
“We are extremely excited about our new office space and all that it has to offer our employees, clients and partners,” said Stephen Cooper, director of Greenville operations for McCrory Construction. “As our team and market share has grown, so has our need for both larger and reconfigured space. We are all about teamwork, and our office layout and amenities are specifically designed to foster collaboration.”
McCrory Construction is licensed to do contracting work in 13 states throughout the Southeast and has served a variety of private and public sector clients through more than 3,000 general construction, design-build and construction management projects.
